We only work with partners who treat their teams with the dignity they deserve. That means safe conditions, fair pay, and respect at every level. We ask the same of our suppliers as we ask of ourselves: be honest, be kind, and don’t cut corners.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for forced labor, child labor, or unsafe practices—full stop. If a factory or supplier doesn’t meet our standards, we don’t work with them. Simple as that.
From our packaging to our production, we’re always looking for ways to do better—for dogs, for people, and for the planet. That means using responsible materials, reducing waste, and working with vendors who share our long-term vision.
We don’t believe in greenwashing. We believe in proof. Our suppliers undergo regular assessments to make sure they’re meeting the bar—and if they’re not, they’re out. We also require signed commitments to our ethical standards from every production partner we onboard.
