At Batpig Co., operated by Frenchie World LLC, we want you and your dog to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and fair.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Free Returns 

We offer free returns on your first return per order within the United States.

One free return per order

Any additional returns from the same order may require the customer to cover return shipping

This approach allows us to be fair to our customers while keeping our operations sustainable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional charge.
