🛒 Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

 Browse our Frenchie-approved collections, add your favorite goodies to your cart, and head to checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Amex, plus PayPal. Your transactions are secure and hassle-free.

Can I cancel or change my order?

 If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help make changes or cancel it. Just reach out as quickly as you can!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

 Yes! We ship almost everywhere. If your country appears as an option at checkout, we’re good to go. Not sure? Drop us a message, and we’ll check for you.

How long does shipping take?

 Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. For most metro areas, it’s usually 1–5 business days. You’ll see exact estimates at checkout.

How much is shipping?

 Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within our main region. Orders below that or expedited options may have a fee, shown clearly at checkout.

Can I track my order?

 Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow your Frenchie’s new gear all the way home.

My order hasn’t arrived, or it shows delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

 Start by checking the tracking info. If it’s marked delivered but hasn’t shown up, reach out within 30 days, and we’ll help sort things out.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Changed your mind? No worries. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and we’ll help arrange a return or exchange.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?

 That’s not what we want! Let us know right away, including your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

 If a pup-favorite item sells out, we’ll share the estimated restock date (usually within about five business days) or suggest a similar alternative.

🐶 Product Details & Care

Are your products safe for French Bulldogs?

 Absolutely! Everything we carry is vetted (pun intended) and Frenchie-approved. As always, supervise your dog during use and stop using any item that causes discomfort.

How do I know what size to order for my Frenchie?

 Each product page has a size guide and fit notes to help you find the perfect fit for your pup’s unique body shape.

How do I care for my French Bulldog?

 Great question! Our blog and product pages include lots of tips on grooming, health, training, and daily care tailored to Frenchies.

Are there health concerns unique to French Bulldogs I should know about?

Frenchies can be prone to breathing issues, skin sensitivities, and ear infections. We share care advice with relevant products and link to trustworthy resources to help keep your Frenchie healthy and happy.

Can French Bulldogs swim?

Most Frenchies can’t swim well due to their stocky build and short snouts. Always supervise your pup around water and use a doggy life jacket for safety.

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-shipments?

Not quite yet, but we’re working on it! For now, you’re welcome to reorder anytime, and we’ll remember your pup’s favorites.
